Rich Dad Goes to College?

The 'Rich Dad's CASHFLOW®' college course has been a dream of Sharon Lechter's for a very long time. Success on Arizona campuses has opened the doors for a national roll-out...
The fall 2004 launch of a college course, Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW, based upon the Rich Dad principles, was a resounding success and has laid a foundation for the presentation of this new curriculum to community colleges across the United States at the 2005 American Association of Community Colleges conference.
The course is the first phase in a multi-faceted Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW Personal Finance Program that will address all three asset classes.
In April, Sharon will travel to Boston to join Dean Atwater, the driving force within the Maricopa Community College system behind the two-credit Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW course, and other MCC representatives for the annual national AACC conference. The team’s presentation will highlight the success stories at the MCC campuses (the nation’s largest network of community colleges) across Arizona.
Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW is currently offered at eight of the ten community colleges across Maricopa County in Arizona. The textbooks for Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW are Rich Dad Poor Dad and Rich Dad’s CASHFLOW® Quadrant.
This fall, a second Rich Dad course – focusing on real estate investing – will be launched as part of a certification program that will also encompass paper assets, business and entrepreneurship.
